Selling through media isn’t just about posting bargains on Facebook or Twitter.  You must also build trust with today’s customer.  Social media engagement leads to a more personalized means of communication versus Tweeting deals and requesting Facebook likes.

Cold calls are no longer cold; they are warmed by information and data that was never before available. 
Your reputation online adds into the equation and can potentially make or break a sale or promotion.
